Each salad comes with balsamic viniagarette or traditional caesar. Other dressings available upon request.
Tossed romaine and iceberg lettuce - garnished with cucumbers, Bermuda onion, carrots, pepperoncini, peppers, kalamata olives, tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese and Greek dressing.
Baby crisp spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, Bermuda onion, carrots, real bacon bits, topped with hard boiled eggs and viniagarette dressing.
Mixed oriental vegetables , tossed with sesame oil and teriyaki sauce.
Belgian endive, radicchio and arugala with diced carrots, tomatoes, Bermuda onions, olives and ripe avocado - served with viniagarette dressing.
Sauteed with roasted garlic and red roasted peppers.
For the real salad lovers enjoy mixed field greens, roasted apples & pears, tomatoes, crumbled gorgonzola and walnuts served with balsamic viniagarette dressing.

Sauteed with roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes and olive oil.

This salad is marinated for 1 day to absorb all the succulent herbs & juices.
Red roasted peppers , artichoke hearts , button mushrooms , mixed olives marinated with olive oil , garlic and herbs.
Dry cured meats and a selection of cheeses , diced and decorated. Accompanied with crackers.
A whole side of salmon, skinned, cooked then chilled, garnished with Bermuda onion, capers, tomatoes and lemon wedges. Served with a lemon-dill sauce.
