A 50% deposit is required to reserve our services.

You must give us 72 hours to cancel services in order to receive a full refund.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Personal or Business Checks. For all American Express transactions, please be advised we charge an additional 3.5% for use of this card.

A contract does not guarantee our services unless a deposit is sent to us via fax, email, or mail. We work on a first come first serve basis.

Final guest count is required 1 week in advance for all catering over 50 guests. Depending on details of job.

Our event specialist will come to your venue location to discuss layout, flow, set up etc... for detailed events. Our organizational skills are second to none in this industry and we take great pride in our business.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, we will gladly discuss our reimbursement policy.

Please understand, we make every effort to make our deliveries on time and cannot be responsible for certain circumstances (weather, traffic, vehicle problems etc.)

Our equipment is a very important part of our business and becomes the responsibility of our clients when they are renting them without our staff. (lost, stolen or damaged)

Outdoor events are solely customers liability and we cannot be held responsible for rain, wind, lightening etc., but will make every effort to make the situation easier.

Our staff is professional, detailed and very willing to go above and beyond our duties to make your event a pleasurable one. We work very hard to serve our clients and are grateful that you have chosen us as your caterer.

We carry a $2,000,000.00 liability policy for our company and our staffing company is fully insured as well.
